Errors, errors, errors and more errors. That's what.

Joe Crede in 2005: 10 errors all season
Joe Crede in 2006: 10 errors all season

We'll ignore 2007 because Crede was hurt and limited to just 42 games.

Joe Crede in 2008: 11 errors already, just 53 games into the season!

Crede has committed errors in each of the Sox last two games. On each occasion, relief pitchers (Bobby Jenks on Wednesday and Matt Thornton on Thursday) were able to pitch over the mistakes. Thank goodness.

What in the world has happened to our top-notch defensive third baseman?
