April 29 is the anniversary of the Lee Elia rant. Obviously, we can't post that tirade in its entirety because it's rather profane. So, you'll have to settle for this.

Until two years ago, my dad didn't know who Lee Elia was until I mentioned in passing that it was the 25th anniversary of his tirade. I told my dad to Google "Lee Elia rant" and see what would come up. Since then, the mere mention of Elia's name sends my dad into hysterics. He thinks that rant is the funniest thing he's ever heard! In fact, he called me yesterday to ask if I knew that it was the anniversary of the tirade. :P
