Here is a game-by-game look at the series since the 1996-97 season:
Friday night's clash between Dundee-Crown and Jacobs for the FVC Valley title is expected to draw a big crowd.
Because of this, D-C will offer overflow parking in the football lot and will be running a shuttle back and forth during the night.
Tickets will not be sold in advance and if the gym's capacity is reached, a video telecast of the game will be available in the multi-purpose room.
Doors will open at 4:30, with the sophomore game at 5:30 and the varsity scheduled for 7 p.m. Questions should be directed to the Athletic Office at (224) 484-5100.

Last night, the Chargers defeated the Golden Eagles 67-63, snapping Jacobs' 16-game win streak and taking sole possession of first place in the FVC Valley. Watch the highlights here.

At the halfway point, St. Charles North (9-4) remains at the top of The Courier News area girls basketball rankings after a respectable 2-2 showing at the Dundee-Crown Charger Classic. St. Charles East (9-4) moves into the Top 5, bumping out South Elgin, after beating the Storm 58-40 in head-to-head play on Saturday.
