In 2007, the Cubbies lost three in a row to Arizona.
In 2008, the Cubbies have now lost 1 in a row to the Dodgers.
That's seven straight posteason losses.
Number 8 is coming tonight.
What are the odds of the Z-man keeping his poise and composure on the mound with the wheels coming completely off, as they now are? Z-ero.
By midnight Sunday night/Monday morning, we are all going to be sawing zzzzzz's ... that and lamenting wait until next year.
This is as bad as it gets.

Well, who would have thought Ryan Dempster, the Cubs best pitcher during the 2008 regular season, would save his worst game for the postseason? Why can't Zambrano come in a throw a gem? Ye of little faith. You sound like one of those idiot fans who call sports talk radio shows with gloom and doom. How about you support the team instead of always having a glass half empty attitude.
Odd. I remember someone in last weeks edition saying the odds the Cubs win it all was 110% percent.
You lose credibility when you flip flop after 1 loss. Bandwagon fans are the worst.
