Chuck Norris vs. Brian Alden

By Sean Fuchs

One is known for his boss spinkick, low-grade action films and the unintentional humor that defines Walker, Texas Ranger. The other is known for his four state titles and dominance of the local swimming circuit.

But martial arts expert Chuck Norris and Neuqua Valley High School senior Brian Alden have one thing in common: a page on the Internet that humorously expells how awesome they are in their chosen field.

If you've seen that commercial where Norris is chasing down two computer geeks and wondered why he's so angry, go to this site.

This is my favorite line.

If you can see Chuck Norris, he can see you. If you can't see Chuck Norris you may be only seconds away from death.

In that same spirit, Kevin Kubik of Lincoln-Way East High School created a group on Facebook.com called "The facts about Brian Alden." You need to be a Facebook member to go to the link.

The best one in the humble opinion of the Heat Index is:
When Brian Alden swims in water, Brian Alden doesn't get wet. Water gets Brian Alden.

The Heat Index challenges you to come up with a better one.
