I believe in rewards

And that reward arrived on my doorstep today in the form a shiny blue, itsy, bitsy iPod shuffle.
Yes, I may not have run this race yet, but I registered and that’s worth something – right?

So as I sit here and load my new iPod with music to train with I realize I truly have an eclectic taste in music, even more so when choosing music to run to:

Jamiroquai
The Surfaris
Madonna
Talking Heads
Goldfinger
Black Eyed Peas
Elvis Costello
And admittedly, even J. Lo

Don’t judge! What’s in your iPod when you work out?

Written by Jennifer Golz, who's getting ready to start running, she swears!
