Organizers are planning the first Naperville Independent Film Festival for September 2008. Do you think it will fly?
Why not? Film festivals seem to be increasing in number, and around here the closest ones are in Chicago and Lake County. This one sounds fairly well-organized, so it should attract not only local families but film buffs from out of town as well.
