Also we will be having a Lunch & Learn at 1 p.m.. Valynda A. Planeta, PTA from Vital Care in association with Rezin Orthopedic will be doing a presentation on Kegel exercises. She will be speaking on the pelvic floor & core strengthening. Planeta will be demonstrating exercises to help learn how to strengthen these important muscles. Lunch will be provided by Subway.
