Oh how I love pork chops on a stick. . .

No no...not like this.

Now this is what I am talking about!

Pork Chops on a stick are the biggest thing I look forward to as Grundy County Corn Festival rolls around. Every year I try to introduce someone new to this lovely piece of meat on a stick and this year it was my friend and co-worker Patrick.

He of course loved it and insisted we go back again today for more. On Wednesday we tried Dad's Grill's pork chops. Today we tried Annabell's Bar-B-Q.

I don't know if it is just my love for the stick part of the meal or just that both venders are just so good, but I cannot decide which I like more.

Patrick voted for Annabell's because it has a little more spice. and although it is good I just don't think it is enough to gain the "best" title.

I just feel food on a stick is better all around. Think about it, popsicles, candy apples, corndogs, they're all mouth-watering delicious and so easy to eat.

As I walked Corn Fest over the last few days I noticed I am not the only one who is enchanted by this method of eating. I waited in line for 10 minutes for one Thursday night.

Both vendors seem to be equally busy, which leads me to wonder if everyone is torn by this decision.

So are you a Dad's Grill person or an Annabell's person?
