In case you missed Monday's Grundy County Red Cross blood drive, don't worry the Morris Athletic Club is doing one this coming Monday.

Remember, if you gave blood last week you can't give again for several weeks.

to reserve your preferred donation time.

 

Walk-ins very welcome!

 

Eat a good meal and drink plenty of fluids before donating.

 

Current MAC members who donate blood

will be entered in a raffle for FREE personal training

and non-members who donate blood will receive

a FREE 2 week pass to the Morris Athletic Club!

 

Your single donation of blood may help save up to 3 lives!

Mallory Medved

Mallory Medved is an assistant managing editor of weekly publications for the Sun-Times News Group. She helps cover the Lincoln-Way area and towns southwest of Joliet.
