how great has 4A been to this point?

We've had multiple overtimes, buzzer beaters, a near historic upset of a No. 1 seed, and other compelling contests involving Beacon News coverage area teams.

It's been amazing - and I expect nothing less of tomorrow's regional title games....

Waubonsie Valley will have its hands full with York, especially if the Dukes move the ball around and hit their shots like they did last night against Oswego East.

And while Batavia got a scare from Benet, don't think they'll run over Bartlett just because the Hawks nearly lost to East Aurora. First, East was good - very good - unfortunately its players didn't care enough to stay on the court. But Bartlett has size, and that is a big Bulldogs weakness. And it's a home game for Bartlett too, so watch out Batavia...

The 2nd most compelling game is Neuqua vs. West. I predicted weeks ago that Neuqua would not only win this game, but win the sectional.

While I may disagree with Wildcats coach Todd Sutton's late game tactics (his offense goes into a stall), the Wildcats are very, very deep and know what to do on the court. West has been hurting - but that could make them dangerous as well.
