"Dear Randy, I know of people that have no front license plates on their cars, Their front bumpers are rounded and plush looking and the car manufactures don't even provide a bracket for them. What are they to do, just ruin the plastic bumper cover and bend the plate so it conforms to the rounded bumper or put them in the front on the dash by the windshield and look like a dork?"

"My daughter recently borrowed a car, assuming it had valid insurance. She was stopped at a safety check, only to discover the insurance expired. She has been told that if she doesn't bring in proof of insurance, her license can be suspended. She doesn't own a car! How can we prove a negative???"
