I have a 50cc scooter and I ride my daughter on it. I prefer to have her sit in front of me so I more control of her if something was to happen ,rather than have her behind me as to if something would happen I would have trouble grabbing her if something was to happen. I had a Police officer pull me over and said I was riding her illegally, wanted to know Illinois law on riding children.I can understand if it was a motorcyle,setup is different.I would never ride a child on a motorcyle unless there feet could touch footpegs.

i got pulled over for tinted windows in my babydaddy car. but i got the ticket, he was in the car with me. so should he pay for the ticket or me see i never got in trouble with the law before. he said that he was going to pay for the ticket, i went out of town and came back me lience was suspended because i missed court which i didn't know that i had to go to court. so i need someone to tell what i need to do cause i was pregnant at that time

Hi Sarge - Stone Park is not the most secure area, and I have a totally transparent cover because the tags of my co-workers have gotten peeled off and 'recycled.' Anyway, I got a $75.00 fine because of a cover. (I'm 49, totally non-descript, and never had a ticket) Any magic words to use in the little Stone Park kangaroo court to ameliorate the situation?
