recently bought a van with side and rear tinted windows. If I drive that vehicle through Joliet, and I am stoopped, will police tow my vehicle?

Thanks for writing, Stephen.
While it is illegal to have tinted side windows on a vehicle (not tinted rear windows), you would most likely be subject to a citation, not towing.
